Refund and Cancellation Policy

Policy for One Day Seminars

Notifications of booking cancellations, and requests for refunds, received more than ten (10) working days prior to a seminar may be eligible for a refund less a 10% processing and administration fee.

Please note, all notifications must be received in writing and sent to admin@frontlinecaresolutions.com to be considered.

Failure to attend a seminar, or notifications received less than ten (10) working days prior to a seminar, will not be eligible for any refund.

For any seminars that are cancelled by Frontline Care Solutions at their discretion, bookings will receive a full refund.

Note:  The above policy does not apply to private and/or inhouse events.  Terms for these seminars are individually determined.

Reprinting of Certificates

Certificates can be reproduced for delegates that attend and successfully complete our seminars/workshops/courses however reprints will incur a $5.50 administration and postage fee, payable in advance.

Requests to reprint certificates must be made in writing to admin@frontlinecaresolutions.com.
